Our History

Kaizen Web-Productions was founded in 2004. Five years of successful experience and steady growth - a respectful space of time for one of the most dynamic business branches.

The first steps of the company were in the direction of a stable growth and to strengthen the position in an already developed and competitive market. The commencement was initiated with a balance between both small single projects and big scale large projects, which were developed simultaneously.

During the year of 2005 a decision was made for the company to specialize in developing of applications based on specific customers requirements, entrusted from our clients.

In the next period of the upsurge of our company we dramatically increased the use of external consultation and outsourcing services, in order to help ourselves with the increasing amount of client's orders and applications. While we continued our growth in 2008, we put a lot of efforts in investing resources in correspondent increasing and qualifying of our team. While diminishing the dependence of our production from external consultants, we have started a long and arduous process of expanding our team of professionals.

After going through a few hundred applications the search paid off, and we ended up with three highly skilled professionals that excel in their areas.

• In June 2008 our company welcomed the joining of a highly qualified graphical designer. Iulian Ungureanu from Romania was chosen amongst a hundred candidates, proving his skills and demonstrating high motivation and possibilities to realize his vast experience, unveiling new horizons.
• At the end of the same year the candidature of Stiliyan Markovitch was approved, a computer specialist from Bulgaria with a rich experience in variety of computer related activities. He combines the positions of a support manager / project manager.
• At the end of Q2 of 2009, our efforts to hire an experienced programmer finally met success. After several different test cycles and a long testing period we accepted Nikolay Kolev, a highly skilled computer programmer from Bulgaria. He is currently working as a senior developer.
